Thank you for checking out our website. We as a congregation want you to know that you will find a warm welcome at Community Wesleyan Church. We hope you will be able to worship with us soon if you have not already. In our services, both at 9 AM and 10:30 AM, our pastor and others lead us in singing, reading the Bible, and praying. A freewill offering is taken and the pastor speaks to us about a passage or topic from the Bible. The object is to encourage us in following Jesus and inspire us for the following week. About once a month we share the sacrament of Communion. Nurseries and ministries for young children are available if parents wish to send children. However, parents are always welcome to keep their children with them if they prefer.
From our parking lot greeters to our ushers, everyone tries to make others feel a part of the family. Our East entrance facing the road is the main entrance to the sanctuary. However, many use the double glass door entrance to the education wing which is closer to the parking lot, and then go up the stairs directly in front of them. The handicapped lift is inside the education wing entrance also.
As you can see from our website we seek to minister to all age groups. We have an extensive ministry to children and an active youth group which makes us an attractive choice for young families. We also minister to seniors at the other end of the spectrum. So there are activities and ways to be involved for everyone.
But the key thing is learning for yourself to find faith, strength and comfort in Jesus. We hope that we can help you do that just as the family at Community Wesleyan has helped us. If you have questions please contact us.
